Cbank: Russia’s broad monetary base falls 1.6% in October
MOSCOW, Nov 14 (PRIME) -- Russia’s broad monetary base decreased 1.6% in October to 16.090 trillion rubles as of November 1, the central bank said in a statement Wednesday.
The broad monetary base includes currency in circulation, bank reserves within the central bank, bank correspondent account balances and deposits within the central bank, the central bank’s bonds held by banks, as well as its buyback obligations.
